Our Delivery team turns complex data initiatives into well-planned, collaborative and successful client outcomes. We’re interested in connecting with experienced Delivery Managers who enjoy bringing people, plans and priorities together to make great delivery happen.

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of bespoke and partnership professional services projects, balancing client needs, project constraints, team capabilities, risk, quality and commercial priorities.

You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, analysis and assurance, turning requirements into clear plans and keeping everyone aligned and moving in the right direction.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of data and technology projects

• Work with clients and internal teams to define scope, outcomes, plans and success measures

• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks and issues

• Build strong client relationships and maintain clear, transparent communication throughout delivery

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to keep delivery aligned and on track

• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives

• Apply Agile, Waterfall or blended delivery approaches depending on the needs of the engagement

• Use tools such as Jira to support planning, tracking and reporting

• Identify and resolve delivery challenges proactively

• Contribute to estimates, proposals, statements of work and delivery readiness

• Capture lessons learned and help continuously improve how we deliver

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for Delivery Managers who can create clarity, build trusted relationships and maintain momentum in complex delivery environments. You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience managing projects or engagements within professional services, consultancy, technology or a similar environment

• Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies

• Confidence working directly with clients and multidisciplinary technical teams

• An understanding of Agile, Waterfall and blended delivery approaches

• Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how great delivery contributes to client value

• Experience with data or technology projects and tools such as Jira is welcomed

• A collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
